Jen and I want to wish all of you a very Merry and Holy Christmas.

We who believe and trust in our Lord Christ Jesus are truly blessed. As Paul wrote in his letter the Romans, we are justified and glorified.

Jesus came to earth so we can go to heaven. Jesus wore a crown of thorns so we can wear a crown of glory. The soldiers took away Jesus earthly cloak so we can be clothed in a cloak of righteousness. Jesus gave up everything on the cross so we can gain everything in heaven. Jesus died so we can live forever.

Jen and I pray that during this time, whether your Christmas celebrations are large or small, you give time to contemplate what and why we are celebrating. “For if the trespass of one man death reigned, how much more will those who receive God’s abundant grace and the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man, Jesus Christ.” (Rom 5:17)

As we celebrate Christmas, let us all praise God. “Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth, peace, good will toward men.” (Luke 2:14)
